530 COLLINS ST BALCONY

Cactus, working with Accuraco designed refurbished the Level 3 balcony for the GPT Group at 530 Collins Street. The balcony includes planted and raised garden beds, breakout seating areas with overhead canopies and integrated lighting for night-time functions. This balcony forms an extension to the previously completed Space & Co tenancy also located on level 3 at 530 Collins Street, allowing tenants a flexible outdoor function area and retreat.
