BAYSIDE REFURBISHMENT

Built in 1957 as a motel, we negotiated several planning permits to extend some rooms and cosmetically upgrade the former motel. It now comprises 8 shops and 40 serviced bedsit apartments and is ready for its next lifecycle phase.
