BEACONSFIELD PARADE, MIDDLE PARK

Our client is an enthusiast of all things 1960s and has a collection of impeccably restored Danish 1960s furniture. The apartment is within one of the rare and sought after high rise apartments on the beachfront in Middle Park that was also built in the 60s. It needed total renovation so we gutted the interior and designed the new interior in keeping with its roots. It is a contemporary but respectful design response that includes cork floors, battened ceilings and plywood joinery.
